Chantal Rees
PRESIDENT
Chantal Rees is the Founder and President of Rees & Rees Insurance Services Inc. She specializes in custom coverage for California business owners. Chantal began her career 17 years ago as a Customer Service Representative in Lake Tahoe. Her goal is to help employers truly understand their insurance by offering a proactive, educational approach that helps them discern how a policy would function in the event of a loss. Chantal approaches each client relationship with compassionate and caring consideration and in turn, she handles each situation as if it were her own.
Chantal consistently qualifies as one of the top 15 producers with her partner agency, Orr & Associates. She was a cyber liability insurance panelist for the Women in Construction event in 2019 and she helped successfully launch her BNI chapter, We Inspire, in 2016. She served as a Board Member to the Walnut Creek Chamber of Commerce from 2020 to 2023.
Chantal lives in Lake Tahoe with her daughter and fur babies. She enjoys cooking, fantasy football, reading, wine tasting, traveling and being outdoors.

I’m a Marketing and Brand Strategist based in South Africa, with a zest for life and a passion for all things marketing and events. My motto? "Work smart and play hard." I approach every challenge like enjoying a delicious slab of chocolate—savoring each moment, tackling things bit by bit, and making the journey as enjoyable as the destination.
In my professional journey, I’ve managed stakeholders and built connections across various cultures, with my love for traveling taking me to 12 cities so far. Each new place fuels my creativity and inspires my work in unique ways. I thrive on connecting with people, paying attention to the details, and adapting to dynamic environments. I am fluent in English, proficient in Portuguese and IsiZulu.
Family is a cornerstone of my life. I cherish time with my loved ones and find that their support and encouragement greatly enhance my personal and professional growth. Outside of work, I’m also a dedicated youth leader in my community, guiding over 120 teens and young adults in discovering their purpose. For me, every challenge is an opportunity to innovate and create new possibilities, and I approach each one with enthusiasm and a positive mindset.
Fun fact: I’m a licensed Open Water 18 Meter Scuba Diver!
